I just deleted all of my social media off of my phone. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok are all gone. I wanted to do it right before I went to bed so tomorrow starts this adventure fresh. I feel really excited and as if a weight has been lifted, as cheesy as that sounds. I also feel a bit of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out). I posted on Facebook and Instagram just so no one thought I ghosted them or am ignoring them when I don't respond. This is basically my first test for myself, because it is so tempting wanting to see who liked it or if anyone commented on the post. It feels good to write about it. I hope this experiment can help not only myself but everyone around me who also feels stuck with social media and weighed down. For my current and ongoing self... you got this! Stick with it, write everything you feel, and try to stay excited about whatever you do. For my end-of-semester self... I'm hoping it went well, and I hope you you feel good about whatever came from this. Here we go!
